Hubbard to Represent Transport Refrigeration Industry in Europe
Fraser Hale, Product Development Director at Hubbard Products, a Zanotti Group Company, has been selected by BSI, the UK standards body, to be a representative for the UK transport refrigeration manufacturing industry on a technical committee of CEN, the European Committee for Standardisation.CEN has agreed to produce a new European Standard that will obviate the ATP agreement, which has existed as a European Standard for over 25 years for the performance of insulated and refrigerated vehicles carrying foodstuffs across international borders.
The ATP standard has been maintained by a technical committee made up of representatives from all the signatory nations; it meets annually. Each nation maintains it's own technical committee from which an international representative is drawn; these too, usually meet only once a year.

Transport refrigeration points to clean technology for a safe future
Hubbard Products, one the UK’s leading designers and manufacturers of transport refrigeration systems, is turning its attention to ‘clean technology’ for the future. Wrights Dairies Knows Hubbard Transport Always Delivers
When independent, family run, dairy distribution business Wrights Dairies needed a further three refrigeration units to add to new vehicles they knew to look no further than Hubbard Transport Refrigeration Solutions.Wrights, based in Poole, is a long-standing customer of Hubbard Transport and has purchased Hubbard units for each of its 12 vehicles. In addition to the three Hubbard 520 Alpha ELs fitted in 2007 they have a further nine Hubbard 490 units and are planning to buy two more 520 units from Hubbard to fit on new vehicles in 2008.

Hubbard Transport Delivers New Units to Help Waitrose Keep Delivering
Hubbard Transport Refrigeration Solutions has supplied another 19 of its refrigeration units to upmarket supermarket chain Waitrose to be fitted on their latest batch of delivery vans.Waitrose, whose entire fleet of 199 refrigerated delivery vans is fitted with Hubbard 460 Alpha EL units, has been a customer of Hubbard Transport for over 10 years. The company has new Hubbard units fitted on a regular basis, with a further 21 units fitted in the last 18 months and more currently on order.
