The Directors of Hubbard Products Ltd. are pleased to announce the successful completion of the transfer of Hubbard Commercial Refrigeration Solutions and Hubbard Transport Refrigeration Solutions following their purchase from HTG Trading Ltd. by Zanotti S.p.A., one of the world market leaders in the design and manufacture of refrigeration equipment for the food production and food transport industries.
Pat Maughan, Managing Director of Hubbard Products Ltd, comments: "I am delighted to report that the transfer of the trading assets, staff and manufacturing capabilities of both Hubbard Commercial and Hubbard Transport has progressed extremely smoothly, benefiting in part from Zanotti's decision to retain the Hubbard headquarters at Ipswich which means that there have been no interruptions to either sales, manufacturing or delivery of Hubbard products during the transfer.

Zanotti S.p.A is one of Europe's leading manufacturers of transport refrigeration and the acquisition of the Hubbard Transport brand in the UK will enable Zanotti to better serve the UK automotive market, with a wide range of products, from a domestic production base. Hubbard Transport has a long-established track record and its experience of the small to medium sector will enable Zanotti to grow into the UK market from a stable and expanding base.
Zanotti S.p.A is represented in 80 countries worldwide and the acquisition of the Hubbard Transport and Hubbard Commercial brands will increase the company’s worldwide turnover to in excess of €100m annually.
